Glimpses of the Departmental Seminar Series
Rasa shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana Department, SVAYC
On 26th February, Saturday the inter departmental seminars were organized under the auspices of PG Department of Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya kalpana department. The programme was started at 2.30 pm. Program started with prayer song by Dr D Karthik, Dr Siri Geetha and Dr Tej deepa. And after prayer Dr Tej deepa and Dr. Siri geetha, 1st year PG scholars invited Vice principal Dr Sundaram sir and HOD Rasa shastra and Bhaishajya kalpana department Dr Sri Durga madam on to the dias. Three presentations were rendered on the varied aspects of Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya kalpana. Dr K Sai Bhavya, PG final year scholar presented on the "Significance of BHAVANA in Ayurvedic Pharmaceutics ". Dr B chennamma, PG final year scholar dwell upon "Nanotechnology in the field of medicine with wsr to Ayurvedic Bhasmas". Dr VK Roshni, PG final year scholar has given her presentation on "Sneha kalpana". After completion of the presentations discussion was initiated by faculty members. Dr Sri Durga madam and Dr Ramesh Babu sir answered their queries. Finally, Vice Principal Dr. CBGS Sundaram sir concluded the seminar. At the end Vote of thanks was given by Dr Siri geetha, 1st year PG scholar. The session was finished by 5 pm.
